This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a or Request for Proposal (RFP). If exercised, the contractor will be required to perform the optional work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract. b) One award will be made from this solicitation; contractors must submit pricing for all items. Description of Requirement This project will consist of mobilization, surveying, clearing and grubbing, drilling, blasting, sampling and testing, stockpile surveying for quality control and crushing and stockpiling of an aggregate material in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible to obtain all permits as required by Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for the Contractor’s methods of operation(s).
