The Green Base Work Center(Pittman Valley Helibase) Office Replacement Project will consist of the construction of a new office building less than 5,000 square feet, associated new septic system, connection to existing power, water, and propane gas for utilities. Once the new office is constructed the existing office and septic system will be demolished. Location: 1782 County Road 74 in Williams, Arizona Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFP Best Value-Tradeoffs: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein. This process permits tradeoffs among price and non-price technical factors and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced quote. The government will evaluate quotes based on the technical evaluation factors specified in this solicitation. The evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are equally important than cost or price. The Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
