The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment, vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, and miscellaneous items needed to remove, dispose, and replace the existing 1,201 square feet of Linoleum flooring with new vinyl flooring within the Single wide manufactured base home. Upon Removal of the old linoleum flooring contractor shall reinstall any damaged sub flooring, moisture barrier and new wood grain vinyl flooring as well as any molding that may be required. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein. No changes to the specifications, terms, or conditions of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall be made without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer in writing. All submittals for changes or substitutions will be subject to a maximum review time of 10 business days and notice of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the contractor by the CO or COR. The contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations and obtaining all permits for this work.
