The work associated with this project entails removing the existing roofing on approximately 450 square feet and replacing with a new standing seam metal roof, new roofing materials and all appurtenances. Replace any damaged sub-roof (estimate 30%) with new decking material and install ice and water shields, 24" minimum width along roof eaves.
