Work shall also include removal of the solar water heater recirculation piping up to the ceiling joists and any piping reconfiguration to fit the new water heater tanks. Location: The project is located within the laundry building at the 06 Apartments in the Tonto Basin Work Center Administrative Site, Tonto Basin Ranger District, Tonto National Forest, Arizona. The laundry building is approximately 2.8 miles east of the Roosevelt Lake Bridge, on the north side of Arizona Highway 188. The approximate address is 27189 AZ-188, Roosevelt, Arizona 85545. The building is behind a locked gate, the Contractor is required to coordinate with the COR for access. Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Best Value-Technically Acceptable: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
