The contractor shall provide all personal, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to extend the exterior fencing and update the Cibola National Forest and National Grassland Supervisors Office Parking Lot including relocation of Recycling Dumpster (plus required safety bollards) as well as installation of new pedestrian and vehicle gates. Keypads will be installed on all pedestrian gates and one vehicle gate as well as installation of pressure plates upon existing secured parking for vehicle gates, along with delay for oversized vehicles such as type 2 fire trucks. The gates will use a hydraulic system for egress and ingress needs. The vehicle gate on the north-east side will support 2-way traffic while the south-east gate is one way, exit only. The building will be occupied during construction. The contractor is responsible to provide power source for gates to function. Existing disturbed asphalt can be repair using crack seal if the size of disturbance is less than 2 inches wide.
