The project area is located near Carr and Brown Canyons on the eastside of the Huachuca Mountains. Features to be improved are designated Parking Lot 1, Parking Lot 2, Brown Canyon Road, Carr Canyon Road, and Carr Canyon Road Additional (See Location Map to be posted with solicitation documents). The road segments and parking lots are comprised of native surface material with minimal drainage features. The improvement work is meant to increase the drivability and durability roads and parking lots. Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price -Technically Acceptable: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value.
