The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to remodel Mod A (#11-33) and Mod B (#11-60) buildings. Option items under this contract include remodeling the bathrooms and kitchens in family housing building numbers 11-38 and 11-40. The final option item is installing water softening systems in Mod A & B buildings. The project is located on the Black Mesa Ranger District.
