Compound Site Security Gate Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools, including incidentals, necessary for the replacement of the Granite Dells Road gates at the Payson Administration Site. This project consists of removing and disposing of the existing gates and installing new solar operated sliding gates. Installation shall include new V-track, chain link gates, barbwire, solar-powered operators, entry controller, ground sensor and pre-programmed remotes. Location: Payson Administrative Site is located on the Tonto National Forest, Payson Ranger District. The project site is on Forest Service property. From Phoenix take AZ-202 Loop East to Exit 13 for AZ 87 and head north for 75 miles. Turn right onto Highway 260 for half a mile and then turn right onto Granite Dells Road. At the traffic circle, take the second exit and stay on East Granite Dells Road for 325 feet. The Payson Administrative Site Granite Dells Road gate is on the left. Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
