Title: Construction – 127EAX23Q0034 – Nogales RD HVAC System (3 unit replacement) Description of Work: The Coronado National Forest, Nogales Ranger District Office is a 7,500 square foot building which was built in 1995. The buildings current climate control system is comprised of 5 packaged HVAC units. Currently only 2 of the 5 units are functioning properly. The work associated with this project entails removing and replacing the 3 existing units which are not functioning properly. Three new programmable thermostats shall be included as part of the work. Location: Work will take place at Nogales Ranger District Office, which is in the town of Nogales within Santa Cruz County, Arizona. The administrative complex is comprised of the District Office, warehouse/shop, pumphouse, water system building and the Ruby House. The physical address of the site is 303 Old Tucson Rd, Nogales, AZ 85621. The site may be accessed using paved highways and roadways. The coordinates for the site are Latitude= 31.425855° and the Longitude= -110.963635° (Township 23 South, Range 13 East, Section 13). Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Best Value-Technically Acceptable: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value.
