Any damaged decking shall be brought to the attention of the COR and additional repairs may be needed (change order may be required for substantial damage). Contractor shall also inspect trusses and beams upon removal of decking and notify COR if there is any damage to these members. Once sub-roofing is in acceptable shape, contractor shall replace with new high quality shingle roofing which shall include a 30-year minimum. warranty.
