The USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, Mesa, Arizona, has a requirement to Remove all reed vegetation along shoreline located adjacent to the Boulder (900 linear feet total) and Acacia (60 linear feet total) picnic areas (see map for specific locations); relocate rip rap boulders from the shoreline found in the middle section of the Boulder recreation site to the keyhole section of the shoreline at Boulder recreation site. Any trees restricting access will be trimmed by contractor and/or removed as needed.
