This project consists of the modification of an existing metal building to expand 3 of the 6 engine bays. You will construct a reinforced concrete parking pad capable of supporting a Forest Service Fire Engine, with a Gross Vehicle Weight of 33,000 lbs; expand the building, remove and reinstall 3 overhead sectional doors and new electric openers. Work will be performed at the Black Mesa Ranger Station Compound located at 2748 E AZ 260 in Overgaard, AZ 85933. Location: 2748 E AZ 260 in Overgaard, AZ 85933 Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFP Best Value-Tradeoffs: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
