Amendment 3 Corrects Schedule of Items and extends due date Amendment 2 added Project: The USDA Forest Service, Apache—Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for NFSR 100 and 169 Roads Reconditioning, Aggregate Surfacing, and Road Stabilization on the Black Mesa Ranger District, Coconino County, Arizona. Work will include re-establishing the road template on NFSR 100, furnishing and placing a 4 inch lift of aggregate base material (3/4 inch minus), and stabilizing 4 inch aggregate with 80/20 lignosulphonate/magnesium chloride blend product. Magnitude of project: Between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 237310 ($39.5 Million). Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. No Formal Site Visit will be scheduled. Roads in this area of the forest are closed until after April 15, 2022. However, unofficial site visits requests may be made with Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Paul Gerber (contact via email: paul.gerber@usda.gov) after April 15th up through May 19, 2022.
