Scope of work includes: 1.Demolition of existing restroom buildings, slabs, concrete stairs, railings, and other itemsassociated with buildings. 2.Installation and compaction of fill material, riprap, and aggregate, and site grading. 3.Installation of vault restroom buildings, including 2-hole buildings at Bear CanyonOverlook and Camp Rucker and a 6-hole building at Rose Canyon Lake. This workincludes providing bedding material and establishment of FFE. 4.Construction of concrete walks and slabs, and a concrete stairway with railing. 5.Installation of trash bins and picnic tables. 6.Relocation of water hydrant and drain pit, and trash bins. 1.3 – Location and Conditions Project locations are •Bear Canyon Overlook is in Sabino Canyon Recreation Area.•Camp Rucker is located in the Chiricahua Mountains on Forest Road 74E.•Rose Canyon Campground (Lake) is located on Mt.
