The new roofing system shall include all the manufacturer’s compatible accessories including, but not limited to underlayment, adhesives, roof jacks, vent flashings, edge and corner components, valley components, drip flashing, etc. The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all the operations for the work specified.
