Upon com... Work for the Luna Garage Door project shall include demolition and disposal of existing wooden garage door and all parts associated with it. Existing door is approximately 9’ wide by 7’ tall. Upon complete demolition, contractor shall inspect area for structural soundness in order to install a new garage door. Once demolition is complete, contractor shall procure and install a new garage door which shall be metal and white in color. Door shall be automatic with garage door opener. Included in installation shall be all electrical as needed, mounting, adjusting and provision and installation of one automatic opener at garage man door and provision of car “clicker” for opening door. Completed installed door shall be weather proof and shall have a tight seal along all edges of door to existing wall. Dimensions are approximate and to be verified by contractor.
