The USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, Phoenix Arizona, has a requirement to construct and install a concrete transition pad to a new Windy Hill RV dump station located at the Windy Hill campground. The new RV dump station was constructed and installed late in 2021 but once constructed, there was a 6” drop from the dump station pad which required the addition of a transition pad to match the existing natural ground elevation. Work includes construction of a concrete transition pad, some curb, and a turndown at the end of the pad to prove and adequate transition to the existing ground. Magnitude of project: Less than $25,000. This solicitation is se-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238110 ($16.5 Million). Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Organized Formal Site Visit: Site visits are optional. No formal site visit is scheduled.
