RFI response added Amendment 0001 Changes and minor corrections USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, Mesa Ranger District has a requirement for Goldfield Administrative Site Security Upgrade, Maricopa County, Arizona 85215. Project consists of removal and disposal of the existing front gate and fencing along the front of the administrative site and installation of approximately 2000 feet of new chain-link fencing, electric-powered gate, controller with key-pad entry, and installation of protective bollards. Work also includes replacing 2 existing solar-powered chain-link gate controllers and providing and installing 13 exterior motion-sensing lights on various buildings and vehicle covers on the site. Magnitude of project: Between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238990 ($16.5 Million). Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Organized Formal Site Visit: June 22, 2022, 10:00 a.m., at the location, Goldfield Administrative Site, 7750 North Usery Pass Rd., Mesa, AZ 85215.
