The USDA Forest Service, Coconino NF, Red Rock Ranger District, Rimrock Arizona, has a requirement to renovate the V-V Quarters. Work for this project consists of abatement and proper disposal of asbestos containing material (ACM) in existing floor; demolition of existing fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), drywall and any water damaged framing and/or insulation; installation of new framing, drywall, plumbing fixtures, FRP panels and shower base; demolition of existing kitchen cabinets, sink, and any water damaged framing and/or insulation; and installation of new cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and lighting repairs. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project specifications. The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all the operations for the work specified.
