Emphasis shall be placed on any deficiencies with regards to the stability of the building and the recommendations to address deficiencies to ensure preservation. The Lowell Residence (Residence) is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is utilized by the Forest as a meeting place and as quarters for temporary employees. Maintenance associated with the stability of the building has been performed in the past. Currently further maintenance is now needed to ensure the long-term preservation of the building.
