This solicitation (Request For Proposals-RFP) is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 562910 750 Employees; PSC: Z2KZ. Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Organized Formal Site Visit #2: Cancelled due to conditions on the ground. Period for questions or site visits closes at Noon, September 2, 2021. Offer Submission: Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
