The historic residence building #1000 on the NRA has sustained water damage in the first-floor bathroom wall and floor. Water damage appears to have originated from a leak from the exterior wall or possibly the roof, and subsequent damage has occurred inside the residence. The Engineering department of the Six Rivers NF has initiated a contract that proposes to rehabilitate the property and return it to a state of utility through repair.
