In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the construction range of this project is estimated between $750,000 to $850,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with the annual size standard of $39.5M. ***A BID BOND IS REQUIRED (20%)*** A Site Visit will be held Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM PT Lynx Lake Campground located at 34°31’03.04”N 112°23’27.50”W. To reach the site, travel east from Prescott, AZ on AZ-69 S approximately 4 miles, turn on right onto Walker Road, continue south on Walker Road for approximately 2.4 Miles then turn left into Lynx Lake Campground.
