T... This IDIQ project will consist of road reconditioning, hauling, spreading and compacting aggregate surfacing material. The IDIQ will have a $10,000,000 limit over the five-year life of the contract. The contract will serve to pre-screen contractors to verify capabilities and demonstrate value. The contract when awarded will serve both the Coconino and Kaibab forests on all districts. The contract will be for roads projects only that may include, road reconditioning, surfacing, and signage. This contract will have a guarantee of $2,000 within the life of the contract. The sample project has reconditioning & resurfacing of 5.34 miles (base) will be from a government source (Cinch Hook Pit) for a minimum combined travel distance of approximately 19.3 miles to the start of project from Cinch Hook to the end of the project at intersection of FSR 141/141H. The reconditioning of the road surface must be approved by the COR prior to placement of the surfacing material. The proposed material source is the Cinch Hook Pit located off of AZ 87 and AZ-260 intersection (See attached map – page 2). The contractor shall be responsible to obtain all permits as required by Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for the contractor’s methods of operation(s). The project is located on the Mogollon Rim Ranger District of the Coconino National Forest located in Coconino County, Arizona.

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a Performance Price Trade-Off acquisition and award(s) will be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000 and $10,000,000 for a Five Year contract. The solicitation will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov website on or about Mar 23, 2021. The estimated proposal due date is Apr 22, 2021. No response to this notice is necessary and all interested contractors should register on the Interested Vendors List on the beta.SAM website. Prospective contractors must be registered in the beta.SAM prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register will render your firm ineligible for award.
