Due to mitigations related to COVID19 the Prescott National Forest is obtaining mobile office trailers to alleviate congregations of people in the existing building. Mobile office trailers were used in 2020 at the Fire Center and were powered by generators. An electrical connection is a cost-effective solution for powering the mobile office trailers. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein. No changes to the specifications, terms, or conditions of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall be made without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer in writing. The Prescott National Forest plans to rent (5) mobile office trailers to be located at the Prescott Fire Center, Henry Y.H. Kim Aviation Facility. The trailers require an electrical connection to power them alleviating the need for generators. The electrical connection must provide uninterrupted power to the mobile office trailers.
