It is n... The Peaks Warehouse was built in 1987. It is a single-story warehouse building with several areas that have been designed as offices. The Fleet office was originally designed as an engine bay. It is now being used as an office for our fleet manager and anticipated new assistant fleet manager. The current heater is not functioning correctly. We would like to replace the existing system will a HVAC system so that the area has heat and cooling. The approximate area that this will need to heat/cool is approximately 520 square feet. Contractors will be solely responsible for confirming square footage for the office space, assessing structural/layout issues and other pertinent component or electrical information as it pertains to their proposed installations.
