Quotes are to be submitted to Daniel Franco, Daniel.franco@usda.gov no later than 19 August, 2021 by noon EST. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. 4. This acquisition is a full and open solicitation. Submit a unit price quote and total delivered price quote for supply and delivery of all items. 6. A quote must be submitted for all contract line item numbers (CLINs). The federal government is exempt from sales tax in most states, but may be liable for 50% of the applicable state and local tax in Arizona. 7.
