This project includes the design, supply and installation of a stationary ground mounted photovoltaic (PV) array located at the Willow Work Center, located on the Bradshaw Ranger District, in Prescott AZ. It is the intent of the Government to offset this carbon footprint by adding a 12,000kW/year system that can be expanded on in the future. The array shall include all components for a complete and operational system and the Contractor will be required to coordinate with Arizona Public Service Electric Company (APS) for net-metering and to receive any discount or credits available for install for solar related products. The Proposal shall include all labor, equipment materials to install and hook up a complete system as required.
