This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238990 (size: $16.5 Million); PSC: Y1PZ, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Organized Formal Site Visit: September 2, 2021, Sacramento Ranger District Office, 4 Lost Lodge Road, Cloudcroft, NM 88317.
