The work consists of demolishing the existing asphalt shingle roof and installing a new Architectural Shingle roof. The new roofing system shall include all the manufacturer’s compatible accessories including, but not limited to underlayment, adhesives, roof jacks, vent flashings, edge and corner components, valley components, drip flashing, etc. The project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform all the operations for the work specified. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the construction range of this project is estimated between $100,000 to $200,000.All questions should be submitted by August 4, 2021.
