USDA Forest Service, Tonto National Forest, has a requirement for repair of Bartlett Lake Spillway parking lot on the Cave Creek Ranger District, Maricopa County, AZ, 85377. Scope of work includes repair and replacement work to the parking lot, curb, gutter, and hand rail of the Bartlett Lake parking area. Magnitude of project: Less than $25,000. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 237310 ($39.5 Million). Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. No Formal Site Visit has been scheduled for project. Please direct all questions Contracting Officer, in writing. Contracting Officer will obtain answers from Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and provide those all interested parties via amendment to the solicitation. Offer Submission: Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
