This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238150. Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The last day to submit questions shall be 4:00 p.m., July 9, 2021. No organized site visit has been scheduled. Site visits may be requested by following the procedure in the solicitation.
