The replacement HVAC is in building 1230. The project is located on the Black Mesa Ranger District (Navajo County, AZ). This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 238990. Award will be based on Best Value - Tradeoffs. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. No organized site visit has been scheduled. Site visits may be requested by following the procedure in the solicitation.
