The Prescott National Forest is seeking services for the construction of a new ramada, concrete walkways, landscaping, new fencing (wood & steel tube) and exercise area listed herein per the scope of work. This project consists of, but not limited to, providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and any assistance necessary for the construction and landscape services at the following site location: Prescott National Forest Supervisor’s Office 735 N. Highway 89 Chino Valley, AZ 86323 This project may consist of three (3) phases, a base and two options. Base is the construction of a new 24’x24’ ramada with electrical outlets, ceiling fans, lights & hose bib. All concrete work related to the ramada including a sidewalk and a ramada concrete extension. This also includes the new landscaping on the SE side of the existing office building. Option One is the construction of three sections of a 6ft. tall privacy wood fence approximate length totaling all three of these are about 220ft. Option Two is the construction of a 4ft tall tube fence approximately 40ft in length and a 20’x20’exercise area.
