Tonto National Forest, Tonto National Forest Road Sign Installation Requirement Description of Work: This project requires the contractor to install temporary and permanent regulatory, warning, and guide signs and traffic measures upgraded to meet all requirements listed in solicitation, number 127EAX21Q0021. Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process. The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Best Value where price is significantly more important than other evaluation factors. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after May 25, 2021 and will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov/ This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business size standard is 36.5M NAICS code 237310– Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction; Sign erection, highway, road, street, or bridge. The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Davis-Bacon wages apply. Payment and Performance bonds will be required over $30,000 and will be required 10 days after award.
