Cibola National Forest & National Grasslands, Magdalena District has a requirement for Reconstruction of Adirondack Shelter at Springtime Campground. Requirement Description of Work: This project involves reconstruction of the historical Adirondack shelter at Springtime campground. Work includes rebuilding the structure on the current footprint. Contractor shall use similar original type of materials to the extent possible. The attached drawings are for reference only actual dimensions shall be determined in the field to match existing shelters on site. Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process. The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price – Technically Acceptable. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after April 22, 2021 and will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov/ This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business size standard is 39.5M NAICS code 237990 – Other Heavy and Civile Engineering Construction $39.5M. The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Davis-Bacon wages apply. Payment and Performance bonds will be required over $30,000 and will be required 10 days after award.
