As a result of this solicitation, Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order. Award will be based on FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Request For Quotation (RFQ) shall use Best Value principles under SAP. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly less important than cost or price. FAR 52.211-6 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (AUG 1999) Applies.
