Requirement Description of Work: The work is comprised of, but not necessarily limited to supplying and providing all plant, labor, materials, submittals and public safety devices such as safety fencing to complete the work described herein in compliance with these specifications and ADEQ and ADWR laws and regulations for test well drilling potentially resulting in potable water wells. The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price – Technically Acceptable. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after April 21, 2021 and will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov/ This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Small Business size standard is 39.5M NAICS code 237110. The Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Davis-Bacon wages apply. Payment and Performance bonds will be required over $30,000 and will be required 10 days after award. Basis for Award: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
