Section B.2, page 5, provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission. Section L, Paragraph L.2, page 36, has information regarding documents to submit with your proposal. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 15 August 2025, 1100 AM hours PDT. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will be held on 13 August 2025. See page 40 for more information. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
