See attachment for additional information. ========================================== PROJECT: BAER Emergency Road Stabilization Angeles National Forest, CA Important Notes: Refer to complete continuation pages for bid schedule, scope, specifications, exhibits, and all other information and terms. Section A, Paragraph A.2, page 5, has information regarding documents to submit with your proposal. Section B.2, page 8, provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 14 May 2025, 1100 AM hours PST. Please be advised that any RFIs submitted after the designated deadline will not be addressed. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will not be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). At this time, no solicitation exists; therefore, please do NOT request a copy of the solicitation, bid documents, specifications, or drawings. Responses or proposals are not required at this stage. The USDA Forest Service Procurement and Property Services, Field Procurement Operations, Southwest Zone, Contract Service Area 6, on behalf of Region 5, is currently preparing a solicitation RFP to provide road and drainage maintenance for various roads on the Angeles National Forest that were impacted by fires in 2024 and 2025.
