A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will be held on 5 June 2024, 10:00 AM PDT. See page 47 and 48, for complete details. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 6 June 2024, 11:00 AM PDT. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
