Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Proposals shall only be requested and accepted from contractors who are a Small Business AND certified in System for Award Management (SAM, https://sam.gov). The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), has a requirement for but not limited to the following: 127EAW24R0021 - Lassen National Forest Fencing This project is to repair, rebuild and replace existing fence and the procurement of supplies. There are approximately 33,654 feet of burned wire removal, 33654 of new Allotment boundary fence building, 2,555 feet of new pasture fence,1,500 feet of Buck and Pole, 2,000 of Cedar split rail and 3,000 feet of oil steam pipe. See Appendix C for project locations. The contractor will be required to facilitate all expertise to accomplish the work items and necessary supplies to fulfill the contract requirements. Project Location: State of California, multiple locations within Lassen National Forest Solicitation Number 127EAW24R0021 for this effort will be posted to SAM.gov (https://sam.gov) on or about April 30th, 2024. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary submit a proposal for this project. There is currently no official group site visit scheduled. The solicitation will include site visit information if one is deemed necessary. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is expected to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
