This contract consists of removing the existing wood shingled roofs to solid sheathing and the installation of metal roof panels system for the Miami Lookout Tower. Building assemblies shall be designed and installed in accordance with IBC and the approved manufacture’s installation instructions. The roof systems shall be as herein specified. The work shall include but not be limited to: Replace sheathing up to 30%, installing felt, treated cedar fire retardant roof system, metal flashing, and sealing all roof penetrations, provision of labor, materials, equipment, supervision and incidentals as needed as well as other work necessary for complete and weather tight building systems as specified here.
