The purpose of this project is to improve the roofing condition at Bowerman Barn. This will include removing the existing corrugated metal roof panels, installing 5/8” rough-sawn plywood sheathing, installing gable side edge flashing, and re-installing the corrugated metal roof panels. Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, and transportation as required to accomplish the repairs. All demolition, disposal, and repairs described herein, for bringing waterline back not service are the responsibility of the Contractor. The base of the contract will be the - Bowerman Barn Roof Replacement South Side and the option will be the - Bowerman Barn Roof Replacement North Side.
