The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Forest Service (USFS), has a requirement for but not limited to the following: Kirch Flat Campground Rehabilitation Project: This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to conduct clearing and grubbing, demolition and removal of existing facilities, excavation, rehabilitation and new construction of campsites, including single, double, and group site, construction of tent pads and outdoor recreation access routes (ORARS), installation of vault toilet buildings, in place full depth reclamation of AC pavement, placement of additional aggregate base material, re-grading of base material, placement of new Asphalt Concrete pavement, painted traffic markings and striping, installation of gates, installation of facility signs, installation of picnic tables, service tables, fire rings, food storage lockers, and pedestal grills, installation of wheel stops, procurement and installation of aggregate base and surface courses, and all other aspects shown on the project plans and in the schedule of items.
