This is a construction project with an estimated magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contractor must complete all work within 365 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. A site visit is strongly encouraged as there are no utilities available at the project site and contractors are responsible for investigating all conditions. The successful offeror must furnish performance and payment bonds for 100 percent of the contract price.
