Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The contractor will construct a new water well at the Negrito Fire Base to replace an irreparable existing system. The work includes drilling, casing, surface preparation, and assembling a complete functional water system compliant with NMED and other regulations. The new well must be located as close as feasible to the old one and connected to the existing distribution system. The contractor is responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, permitting, and materials. This opportunity is a re-solicitation following the cancellation of a prior award.
