Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Smokey Bear Ranger District on the Lincoln National Forest requires a contractor to conduct a comprehensive Facilities Condition Assessment to evaluate buildings and infrastructure. This work supports disaster relief funding related to the South Fork Fire. The assessment will determine necessary treatments or restoration by evaluating physical condition, performance, code deficiencies, and functional effectiveness. The performance location is the Lincoln National Forest.
