The restrooms would be located at Bartlett Lake & Needle Rock Recreation Areas, St. Clair OHV Permit Zone, Desert Vista OHV Permit Zone, The Rolls OHV Permit Zone, and Bulldog Canyon OHV Permit Zone. All recreation sites are located between 45 to 50 miles from Phoenix.
